3. User Conduct & Professionalism

As an agency model, you represent the Crystal Agency brand. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding inappropriate conduct:

• You are strictly prohibited from engaging in harassment, hate speech, or abuse towards viewers or other creators.
• You must comply with the individual community guidelines of any app you stream on.
• You must not promote illegal acts, extreme violence, or distribute malicious software.
• Maintaining total discretion and protecting your own privacy is highly encouraged; however, fraudulent misrepresentation is forbidden.

4. Earnings & Payouts

Crystal Agency operates on a weekly payout schedule. Earnings are calculated based on your performance, virtual gifts received, and hours streamed, subject to the specific metrics of our partner apps. While we boast industry-leading competitive pay, exact compensation fluctuates based on platform policies and your individual metrics. We process all payments securely and discretely. Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply and vary by payout method.

5. Privacy & Discretion

We take your privacy seriously. The personal data you provide during application and onboarding is kept strictly confidential and is only used for verification and payment processing purposes. We guarantee 100% discretion. We will never publicly disclose your real identity without your explicit consent.

6. Termination of Agreement

Crystal Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and agency partnership at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, breached partner platform policies, or engaged in conduct that harms the reputation of Crystal Agency.
